(2) Charging with a charger directly connected to a DC power supply may cause battery leakage, heating or combustion.
(3) Due to self-discharge, the battery capacity will slowly decrease. Please recharge the battery before using it after long-term storage.
Economic benefits
The main market for this product is a stable and guaranteed civilian market. With the development of science and technology, the popularization and use of civilian electrical appliances, the market prospect is very good. Among cylindrical batteries, alkaline zinc-manganese batteries account for 75% of the US market, 48% in Europe, and 25% in Japan. my country is expected to produce 8 billion dry batteries in 1995, making it a major producer of dry batteries in the world. Calculated at 25%, 2 billion alkaline zinc-manganese batteries need to be produced, but the domestic per capita production is only 2 per year, not including export markets (Middle East, Africa, Central and South America and Europe, etc.), so the domestic and foreign markets are very large.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Plan for the Special Action on Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development in 2013" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), which will take the green development of lead-related industries as a starting point to promote the standardized development of lead-acid batteries, recycled lead and other lead-related industries, improve the level of pollution prevention and control, and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry.
The green development plan for lead-related industries in the "Plan" includes:
Issuing opinions on promoting the standardized development of lead-acid batteries and recycled lead industries, strengthening policy coordination, and working with relevant departments to implement the deployment of various tasks in accordance with the division of labor plan.
Implementing access management for the lead-acid battery industry. Strictly implement the "Access Conditions for the Lead-acid Battery Industry" and the "Interim Measures for the Management of Access Announcements for the Lead-acid Battery Industry", implement access announcement management for newly built, renovated and expanded and existing lead-acid battery manufacturers, and jointly publish the list of enterprises that meet the access conditions with the Ministry of Environmental Protection; organize and carry out access management training for industry authorities and key enterprises in various regions, and increase the implementation of access management; speed up the elimination of backward lead-acid battery production capacity, focusing on the elimination of open-type, dry-charged, cadmium and arsenic content exceeding the standard and backward lead-acid battery production capacity that does not meet environmental protection standards after rectification.
Implement access management for the recycled lead industry. Deploy the implementation of the "Access Conditions for the Recycled Lead Industry", strictly implement the access conditions, strictly manage the access and filing of newly built recycled lead projects, and strictly prohibit the construction of projects with a single series production capacity of less than 50,000 tons/year; implement access announcement management for recycled lead industry manufacturers, and jointly publish the list of enterprises that meet the access conditions with the Ministry of Environmental Protection; accelerate the elimination of backward recycled lead production capacity.
Build a demonstration project for lead recycling. Organize and implement the "Promotion Plan for the Development of Recycled Nonferrous Metals Industry". In accordance with the layout requirements of the recycled lead industry, use funding channels such as technical transformation to support enterprises that meet the access requirements to build a number of lead recycling demonstration projects across the country.
Build a lead recycling system. Select some provinces to carry out pilot projects for the construction of a lead-acid battery recycling system, explore the implementation mechanism of the extended producer responsibility system for lead-acid batteries, and build a recycling system. Support lead-acid battery and recycled lead enterprises to jointly pilot with professional recycling companies, and entrust professional recycling companies that meet the qualification requirements to provide waste lead-acid battery recycling services. Encourage recycled lead enterprises to be the core, rely on their own strength or rely on the mature sales system of battery manufacturers and sellers to establish a recycling network and carry out battery recycling business.
The state will increase fiscal support. The central fiscal industry revitalization and technological transformation special project will give priority to projects such as lead recycling (lead-acid battery recycling and reuse) during project review and plan issuance; the central fiscal clean production special fund will increase support for lead-acid battery and recycled lead clean production technology projects; the central fiscal reward funds for eliminating backward production capacity support the elimination of backward production capacity of lead smelting, lead-acid batteries, and recycled lead. Local industrial and information technology authorities make full use of special funds for energy conservation and emission reduction, technological transformation, and small and medium-sized enterprises to support special actions. At the same time, strengthen standard constraints and supervision and inspection, and implement access management for lead-acid batteries and recycled lead. Strengthen supervision and inspection, organize special inspections on the implementation of energy consumption limit standards and the elimination of high-energy-consuming backward motors and backward production capacity. In accordance with the "Opinions on Promoting the Standardized Development of Lead-acid Batteries and Recycled Lead Industries", establish a departmental coordination mechanism and divide the work to implement relevant tasks.
