.Compare battery capacity. The general nickel-cadmium battery is 500mAh or 600mAh, and the nickel-hydrogen battery is only 800-900mAh; and the capacity of lithium-ion mobile phone batteries is generally between 1300-1400mAh, so the use time of the lithium battery after being fully charged is about that of the nickel-hydrogen battery. 1.5 times, which is about 3.0 times that of nickel-cadmium batteries. If you find that the lithium-ion mobile phone battery pack you purchased does not work as long as advertised or specified in the manual, it may be counterfeit.
.Look at the plastic surface and plastic material. The genuine battery has a uniform wear-resistant surface and is made of PC material, which is not brittle. The counterfeit batteries have no wear-resistant surface or are too rough and are made of recycled materials, which are prone to brittleness.
.Measure the charging voltage of the battery block. If a nickel-cadmium or nickel-hydrogen battery block is used to fake a lithium-ion mobile phone battery block, it must be composed of five single cells. The charging voltage of a single battery generally does not exceed 1.55V, and the total voltage of the battery block does not exceed 7.75V. When the total charging voltage of the battery block is lower than 8.0V, it may be a nickel cadmium or nickel hydrogen battery.
.For original batteries, the surface color and texture of the battery should be clear, uniform, clean, and without obvious scratches or damage; the battery mark should be printed with the battery model, type, rated capacity, standard voltage, positive and negative electrode marks, and the name of the manufacturer. It should feel smooth and non-clogging, have appropriate tightness, fit well with the hand, and the lock should be reliable; the hardware should have no obvious scratches or black or green spots. If the purchased mobile phone battery does not conform to the above phenomenon, it can be initially concluded that it is a fake.
.Many mobile phone manufacturers have also made efforts to improve their craftsmanship from their own perspective to make it more difficult to counterfeit mobile phones and their accessories, thereby further curbing the proliferation of counterfeit and parallel imports. Generally, regular mobile phone products and their accessories must be consistent in appearance. Therefore, if you install the battery of a purchased mobile phone, you should carefully compare the body and the bottom case of the battery. If the color and luster are consistent, it is an original battery. Otherwise, the battery itself is dull and dull, and it may be a fake battery.
.Observe charging abnormalities. Generally, genuine mobile phone batteries should have an overcurrent protector inside, which will automatically cut off the circuit when an external short circuit causes excessive current to avoid burning or damaging the phone; lithium-ion batteries also have an overcurrent protection circuit, which can be used when non-standard electrical appliances are used. , when the power supply current is too large, the power supply will be automatically cut off, resulting in failure to charge. Under normal battery conditions, it can automatically return to the conductive state. If, during the charging process, the battery is found to be severely heated, smoke, or even explode, it means that the battery must be fake.
.Use special tools. Faced with the increasing number of types of mobile phone batteries on the market, and the counterfeiting technology becoming more and more sophisticated, some large companies are also constantly improving anti-counterfeiting technology. With the improvement of anti-counterfeiting technology, it is difficult to distinguish authenticity from appearance.
