Frenchman Plante invented lead-acid batteries in 1859. Lead-acid batteries have made great progress in theoretical research, product types and varieties, and product electrical performance. Lead-acid batteries have played an indispensable and important role in various economic fields, including transportation, communications, electricity, military, navigation, and aviation. According to the differences in the structure and use of lead-acid batteries, batteries are roughly divided into four categories: 1. Lead-acid batteries for starting; 2. Lead-acid batteries for power; 3. Fixed valve-controlled sealed lead-acid batteries; 4. Other categories, including small valve-controlled sealed lead-acid batteries, lead-acid batteries for mining lamps, etc.
The nominal voltage of a single-cell lead-acid battery is 2.0V, which can be discharged to 1.5V and charged to 2.4V. In applications, 6 single-cell lead-acid batteries are often connected in series to form a lead-acid battery with a nominal voltage of 12V. There are also 24V, 36V, 48V, etc.
Main Features
Safety Sealed
During normal operation, the electrolyte will not leak out of the battery terminals or casing. No Free Acid
Special liquid-absorbing baffles keep the acid inside, and there is no free acid inside the battery, so the battery can be placed in any position.
Deflation System
When the internal pressure of the battery exceeds the normal level, the VRLA battery will release excess gas and automatically reseal to ensure that there is no excess gas in the battery.
Easy Maintenance
Since the gas recombination system converts the generated gas into water, no water needs to be added during the use of VRLA batteries.
Long Service Life
VRLA batteries with lead-calcium alloy fences with corrosion-resistant structure can be used for 10-15 years of floating charge.
Stable Quality and High Reliability
Adopting advanced production technology and strict quality control system, VRLA batteries have stable quality and reliable performance. Voltage, capacity and sealing are 100% inspected online.
Safety Certification
All VRLA batteries are UL safety certified.

Product Structure
VRLA battery is designed as follows: In the battery, a part of the electrolyte is absorbed in the electrode and separator, so as to increase the oxygen absorption capacity of the negative electrode, prevent the loss of electrolyte, and enable the battery to be sealed.
